mental elasticity

humans should be an elastic body

with an elastic mind and elastic soul

so that the normalcy can be restored

when disturbances are under control

but the mind generally gets pertubed

with the behaviour or the situations

and remains there like plastic body

and keep continuing with frustrations

even when the conditions cease to exist

and everything around is so conducive

the mental inertia spoils the happy days

and makes the life still more seclusive

cause of mental elasticity is will power

the ability to recover back from unrest

and work towards living life to its fullest
